What You Need To Know!

 A smooth and informed onboarding experience is the key to starting your new job. Please complete EACH form in its entirety. 


The Application – DO NOT complete the DRIVING section unless you are asked to do so. Make sure at least your most recent Employer is noted, we will NOT contact them unless you give us permission. You must provide at least 1 reference and SIGN and DATE the application to be considered. 


FORM W4 – Everyone must complete steps 1 & 5. 


Direct Deposit – Everyone should take direct deposit to assure timely payment. Please complete the form BY Printing, Signing, Dating the form. CAREFULLY Complete the FIRST BANK ACCOUNT information. If you prefer, you can attach a COPY of a VOIDED check or deposit slip to the form with your Account information. 


COVID NJ Executive Order- Carefully read, sign and date. 


I-9 FORM – COMPLETE PAGE 1. ON YOUR FIRST WORKDAY you must SHOW us: One selection from List A or a combination of one selection from List B and one selection from List C. If you do not bring these items, you can’t work and must go home and will not be paid for the day. 


Probationary Period Policy- Carefully read and complete the final page acknowledging the terms. 


Employee Handbook Signature Page – The handbook is for reference, and you are not expected to know each detail. You should however review closely those expectations of how you expected to act and codes of conduct at the job site/work location. Also review the Time off policies and references on the signature page. You may ask HR or your supervisor for clarification(s) at any time. Print/Sign/Date the form.

The documents above are for your continued reference throughout your employment. They will be updated, and you are expected to refer to them as regular codes of conduct. Whenever there is a significant change or update, you will be informed. Safety in OUR workplace needs to be continual. You should review the Safety Rules and Safe Job Practices before commencing work. If you have questions, concerns, or need clarification ask your supervisor. Regular safety talks will be held to voice any concerns or improvements for job site safety. When in doubt, please ask.
