Affordable Health Care Plan
After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for enrollment into our companies healthcare plan. Currently through Aetna
Dental and Vision
After 90 Days of Employment, employees are eligible for enrollment into our companies Dental Plan. There are two current options for Dental, a DHMO which is fully subsidized by the employer or a PPO type plan. Also available is a PPO Vision plan. All through Principal.
Life Insurance
All First Choice employees are enrolled in a term life insurance plan fully subsidized by the company. Supplemental coverage is available at group rates for yourself and your dependents

Begin planning for your retirement as soon as your first paycheck. First Choice offers a 401k savings plan with a generous company match program. Our plan also offers a loan provision to allow borrowing for education and other significant life events.
Vacation/Sick Day's and Holidays
